1. About the community

These terms cover the 7Days2Slop website, game server, Resident Portal and community services. By using them, you agree to these terms and the published server rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You need your own legitimate copy of 7 Days to Die and must follow the applicable Steam, Discord and game terms.

7Days2Slop is an independent community, not an official service of or affiliated with The Fun Pimps, Valve or Discord. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Play fairly and respect others

Follow the rules published in our Discord and the restrictions shown in game. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, cheat, bypass security or intentionally disrupt the server. Do not damage or take other players’ property without permission.

Staff may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts to enforce the rules or protect the community. You can ask human staff to review a moderation decision through Discord. Buying a rank does not exempt anyone from the rules.

3. Updates, downtime and resets

The server is actively developed. Bugs, balance changes, restarts and outages can happen. Continuous access and permanent preservation of characters, items or structures are not guaranteed.

Do not build in marked reset zones. Resets can remove player additions there. Broader world wipes may also happen; check community announcements before investing time in a build. Keep your own copies of anything important that you share.

4. VIP ranks, purchases and virtual items

Supporter purchases are optional. Before paying, read the current product description, price, duration, delivery instructions and any recurring-payment details shown at checkout. Only buy through our official website.

Virtual currencies, ranks and items are for use within this server. They are not cash, investments or a promise of permanent access. Product-specific limits, including welcome-kit eligibility and replacement rules, are shown in the store and player guide.

If a purchase is missing, incorrect or duplicated, contact staff with your order reference. Do not post payment details publicly. Staff will review delivery problems and refund requests; these terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or limit any mandatory consumer rights. Payment-provider terms also apply. Future changes to a product listing do not rewrite the purchase terms already agreed for that order.

5. CIVIC, DOT and your information

CIVIC and DOT are AI characters. Their jokes and fictional authority are part of the setting; human staff remain responsible for real community decisions. AI replies may be wrong. Use the published rules, product listings and in-game recipes for decisions, and ask staff when information conflicts.

Running these services involves player and account identifiers, connection information, gameplay activity, chat, commands and order records. Staff can review records for support, moderation and server operation. Messages sent to our AI characters may be processed by third-party AI services. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information to bots or public chat.

Ask staff through Discord about access to your information or a deletion request. Some records may need to be kept for transaction handling, security or legal obligations.

6. Responsibility and changes

Use compatible software and follow the joining instructions. Staff cannot promise that every mod, device or connection will work without errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms as the community changes. The current version and effective date will be shown here; material changes will be announced in Discord. Changes apply going forward.

7. Need help?

Join the 7Days2Slop Discord and contact human staff for account, purchase or moderation help. Include your player name and relevant details, but keep private information out of public channels.
